Course Introduction
Year 12 Earth Science builds on knowledge from Year 11 and focuses on understanding the Earth as a dynamic system. Students will study how the Earth’s internal and external processes shape its structure, rocks, landforms, climate, and natural hazards. The course also explores important global and local issues such as climate change, disaster risk reduction, renewable energy, and water resource management, with strong links to the Vanuatu context.
Through theory, practical activities, data interpretation, and real-world examples, students will develop scientific skills that help them understand and respond to environmental challenges affecting Vanuatu and the wider Pacific region.

For VNSC Certification by Exams Unit:
